Offset Disc Harrow is a farm implement which ploughs and turn the soil where the crops need to be planted. It has a set of discs available from 10 to 28 discs and blades which chop up the unwanted weed and the crop remainders. The plates are additionally counterbalanced so they are parallel with the general heading of the Implement. This game plan guarantees that the circles will more than once cut any ground to which they are connected, so as to streamline the outcome. The concavity of the plates just as their counterbalance point makes them relax and lift the dirt that they cut.
